This stunningly restored craftsmen in the Historic North Slope of Tacoma, Wa was a rare find. All of the original character has been preserved, refinished 100+ year old hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, clawfoot tubs, and even the original trim throughout. Updated from the studs out with modern conveniences and professionally designed with an open gourmet kitchen, full master suite, and beautifully remodeled bathrooms. New updates include electrical, water lines, roof, HVAC with central AC & more.
What were the results?
Like all of our other Deluxe Package sales, this one is no different. This home was originally bought by the seller for $265,000. Wanting top dollar in the coveted North Tacoma neighborhood, but not having the ability to do a renovation themselves, they turned to Decoris. We renovated the house, restored it to a home of beauty and then sold it for $780,000 in August 2020.
