View Homes - After doing some research online, have your agent make a list of homes to view. Then spend time looking at as many homes as possible. The more homes you see the more likely you are to find what you are looking for.
Makes Offers - Every time you see a home you like, make an offer. The more offers you make the more likely you are to go under contract. Be patient - this part of the process can be an emotional roller coaster.
Go Under Contract/Close - Once your offer is accepted have your agent do the due-diligence and work with your mortgage broker towards closing.
